Get Help
If you're a young person who needs a safe place to live, we're here for you. No judgment, no waitlist shame — just support.
3 Simple Steps
Call us, fill out the form below, or ask a worker to contact us on your behalf. You can also walk in during business hours.
We'll have a no-pressure conversation about your situation, what you need, and whether New Steps is the right fit.
If there's a spot and it's a good match, we'll help you get settled in. Your journey starts here.
You may be eligible for New Steps if you can say yes to most of these:
Even if you're not sure, reach out. We'll help you figure it out.
This is not a formal application — just a way for us to learn a little about you so we can reach out. You can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
Looking for family reunification support? Our Back Together program helps Indigenous families separated by CFS reunify safely. Referrals come through CFS agencies — or contact us and we'll help connect you.
